Return Policy

Since we special order your dress in the size and color you choose we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations because we would be overstocked with inventory.  Sizing charts are available on the site, so be sure that you have ordered the correct size, many dresses are easily altered by a local seamstress. If you need advice on alterations, please call us, we will be glad to help you. Remember, most gowns are made for girls that are 5'8", so most gowns will need some form of alteration.  Shoes are also special order items and as such can not be returned or cancelled.
